Architectural Project Manager Transit Construction

Lead architectural construction for ACCIONA’s Eglinton Crosstown West Extension in Toronto, coordinating finishes, envelopes, and multidisciplinary delivery.
As Architectural Construction Project Manager, you will deliver architectural scope across transit stations and associated facilities. The role covers design-build coordination, construction execution, commissioning, and handover within Trillium Rail Partners. You will align architectural works with structural, mechanical, electrical, and rail systems requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural delivery from construction through commissioning and handover
Manage coordinators, superintendents, and architectural field staff
Coordinate finishes with structural, MEP, and rail systems
Oversee inspections, mock-ups, meetings, and constrained installations
Manage schedules, budgets, forecasts, subcontractors, and change orders
Requirements:
Experience delivering architectural construction scope on infrastructure projects
Ability to coordinate interior and exterior architectural systems
Knowledge of station operational and passenger experience requirements
Capability to resolve deficiencies and constructability challenges
Experience managing subcontractor performance and contractual compliance
