Senior Strategic Project Manager
Relevance
Lead strategic projects at Desjardins through complex analysis, governance, and cross-sector coordination. This hybrid work supports large-scale initiatives from design through rollout.
As project lead, you support the sponsor and oversee teams delivering organizationally complex projects. You coordinate contributors, stakeholders, senior management, and decision-making bodies across multiple fields. Your work requires extensive expertise, resource management, and clear communication to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate deliverables with contribution managers and track business objectives
Ensure material, human, and financial resources remain available
Manage and communicate project roadmaps and budgets
Define and promote project governance
Identify issues, manage risks, and prepare status reports
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum eight years of relevant experience
PMP, ACP, and/or SAFe certification
Knowledge of French is required
Intermediate-advanced English proficiency
Bring strategic project management, governance, and stakeholder coordination expertise to complex Desjardins initiatives spanning multiple sectors.
