Senior Proposal Writer RFx
Benevity
Lead complex RFx responses as a Senior Proposal Writer at Benevity, using exceptional writing, editing, and project management skills. This is a 12 month contract with a flexible hybrid approach.
You will own high-value proposals from kickoff through submission while partnering with Sales and subject matter experts. The role includes RFx intake, bid/no-bid recommendations, quality assurance, and content library governance. You will also mentor writers and support process improvements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead complex RFx responses from kickoff through submission
Write executive summaries, cover letters, narratives, and questionnaires
Manage RFx intake, triage, and bid/no-bid recommendations
Review submissions for compliance, accuracy, consistency, and brand voice
Own Loopio content library structure and governance
Requirements:
Five or more years managing RFx responses
Experience with complex, high-value proposals
Exceptional writing and editing skills
Strong project management across multiple RFx deadlines
Experience with Loopio or similar RFx software
Bring RFx leadership, persuasive writing, and content governance expertise to Benevity’s proposal team on contract.
