This experienced Maintenance Planner supports JHS and JDI operations in Kirkland. The work covers HVAC, utilities, building systems, and facility assets. You will prepare executable plans, coordinate resources, and support maintenance execution across technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:

Build integrated preventive, predictive, corrective, and statutory schedules
Develop clear, execution-ready maintenance job plans
Coordinate resources, materials, contractors, permits, and facility access
Plan semi-annual, annual, and scheduled shutdowns
Monitor maintenance and calibration requirements using SAP, CMMS, and BMRAM
Requirements:

College diploma or technical degree in a related discipline
At least five years of relevant maintenance or facility-planning experience
Experience working with CMMS systems
Understanding of building systems, utilities, and maintenance operations
Functional bilingualism in French and English
