Healthcare Equipment Project Manager
Siemens Healthineers
Lead healthcare equipment projects across Southwestern Ontario using project management expertise, MS Project, and strong stakeholder communication. Travel across Ontario and Manitoba is required.
Siemens Healthineers seeks a Project Manager to independently manage multiple moderate-to-high complexity equipment installation projects. The position reports to the Head of Project Management Operations and serves customers, contractors, architects, consultants, and internal teams. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, resources, site readiness, equipment delivery, installation, and applications training.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage concurrent $1–5 million projects across Ontario and Manitoba
Maintain MS Project schedules and initiate corrective actions
Forecast revenue and communicate detailed site status
Coordinate contractors, customers, suppliers, and project resources
Complete project documentation, meetings, handovers, and database records
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in engineering, construction management, or healthcare
Project Management Professional certification or similar designation
Five to ten years’ external healthcare medical imaging experience
MS Project, Microsoft Office, construction drawings, and practices experience
English fluency, driver’s license, and travel availability required
