Nuke Compositing Supervisor Rodeo FX

Use advanced Nuke skills to oversee compositing methodology, shot continuity, and technical quality at artist-led Rodeo FX in Montreal.
As Compositing Supervisor, you safeguard the technical and creative standards of 2D deliverables. You establish rigorous methods aligned with the Rodeo FX pipeline, collaborate across departments, and resolve visual or technical challenges. The work includes tool documentation, workflow improvement, project planning, and hands-on participation in key shots or complex sequences.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish compositing methodology aligned with the Rodeo FX pipeline
Oversee shot continuity and technical deliverable quality
Resolve technical issues with other departments
Develop or document compositing tools and templates
Optimize processes and identify automation opportunities
Requirements:
At least five years supervising compositing in visual effects
Excellent Nuke skills and knowledge of Flow
Flame knowledge considered an asset
Advanced understanding of color, lighting, perspective, and photography
Strategic, organized, resilient, and solution-oriented approach
Bring Nuke expertise, pipeline knowledge, and technical compositing leadership to Rodeo FX’s Montreal-based visual effects work.
