Lead Mobile Product Designer
Scrambly
Own mobile-first product experiences at Scrambly through UX/UI craft, user research, and hands-on leadership across products used worldwide.
As Lead Product Designer, you will own design quality, consistency, and impact across Scrambly’s mobile and web products. You will translate user needs, product metrics, and business goals into user-centered solutions. The role combines personal design execution with defining standards, strategy, and culture while building the internal team.
Key Responsibilities:
Own UX and UI across mobile and web products
Research users through data, funnels, and session replays
Design experiments and A/B tests with Product and Engineering
Deliver prototypes, high-fidelity designs, and interaction specifications
Build the design language, components, and patterns
Requirements:
Seven or more years in product design
Extensive mobile-first consumer product experience
Portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX/UI craft and shipped work
Experience with research, prototyping, usability testing, and A/B testing
English at B2 level or above
Bring product thinking, mobile design expertise, and decisive leadership to Scrambly’s global user experiences and growing design function.
