CMMS Asset Management Supervisor

Lead CMMS administration and asset data governance for the Town of Halton Hills, with remote or hybrid work based on business needs.
Reporting to the Manager, Facility Capital Projects, this supervisor oversees Cityworks, operational asset processes, and continuous improvement. The work standardizes maintenance workflows, preventive maintenance, inspections, reporting, and user adoption. It also supports reliable corporate asset information and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and improve the Town’s CMMS across service areas
Develop workflows, standards, roadmaps, and change processes
Standardize work orders, inspections, and preventive maintenance
Maintain asset registry data governance and quality
Supervise, coach, and support Asset Management Coordinators
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
Diploma or certification in Asset Management
Five years’ progressive enterprise asset management experience
Cityworks, GIS, or similar platform experience considered an asset
Strong communication, analysis, planning, and problem-solving skills
