Personal Banking Associate Camrose

Serve TD Canada Trust customers in Camrose through banking advice, service transactions, and digital education while building lasting relationships.
As a Personal Banking Associate Trainee, you will guide customers toward appropriate banking solutions and colleagues. The branch role includes customer problem resolution, confidential judgement, and support for frontline transactions. You will also educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage customers in advice needs and service transactions
Guide customers toward appropriate contacts and banking solutions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Support scheduled cash and non-cash transactions
Complete business processes and accurate documentation
Requirements:
High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Investment Funds Canada or equivalent within 90 days
Proficiency with MS Office, branch software, and internet
Knowledge of banking solutions and processes
Strong customer communication and organizational skills
Build customer relationships in Camrose by applying banking knowledge, digital education, sound judgement, and effective communication at TD.
