Eligibility:
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada. This position does not offer LMIA sponsorship at this time.
What are the duties to perform:
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes in the assigned kitchen section
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations
Manage the daily operations of a designated station (e.g., grill, sauté, pastry, garde manger)
Monitor inventory levels, minimize food waste, and report stock shortages to the Sous Chef or Executive Chef.
Supervise, train, and support Line cook and other junior kitchen team member
