Pine Tree Players manages the Canmore Miners' Hall for the Town of Canmore. The independent contractor oversees daily venue management, including rental agreements, showings, event orientations, and service-provider coordination. Approximately 20 hours monthly are required under a one-year contract from January 1 through December 31, 2027.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor hall email and voicemail, responding within two days
Explain the venue and provide client showings
Manage rental agreements and invoicing information
Coordinate cleaning, audiovisual technicians, and other providers
Maintain bookings, records, supplies, and maintenance coordination
Requirements:

Organized, personable independent contractor
Reliable year-round in-person availability in Canmore
Availability for evenings and weekends
Ability to support clients before and after events
Ability to track hours and invoice monthly
