Coordinate retail operations across purchases, inventories, marketing, and budgets as a Department Manager. Work daytime shifts for 38 to 40 hours weekly with anytime availability.
This Department Manager position focuses on operational readiness and team performance within an assigned department. You will communicate objectives, provide feedback, coach employees, and maintain standards across department activities. Candidates may bring two years of retail experience, formal education, and management experience.

Ensure purchases and inventories meet established standards
Maintain price lists and department marketing activities
Monitor salary productivity for business readiness

Requirements:
Two years of retail experience
