Retail Loss Prevention Investigator
Holt Renfrew
Retail loss prevention investigators protect Holt Renfrew through CCTV monitoring, apprehensions, and confidential investigations in a luxury fashion environment.
This Investigator role supports store security, operations, and sales teams. You will observe floor activity, analyze transactional reporting, conduct point-of-sale audits, and respond to emergencies. The position also requires accurate records, compliance follow-up, and privacy awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor CCTV systems and dispatch responses
Identify dishonest persons during routine floor walks
Apprehend shoplifters and maintain apprehension records
Conduct confidential internal investigations and point-of-sale audits
Support inventory counts, shortage programs, and unsaleables
Requirements:
College degree
Two to three years in a similar capacity
Retail environment experience
Kinesic interviewing or interrogation training
OPA Level II, first aid, CPR, and provincial guard license
Apply investigative judgment, CCTV monitoring, and retail loss prevention expertise to support Holt Renfrew’s teams and customers.
