Adidas Retail Lead

Lead adidas store operations through customer service, sales, associate training, and merchandising while supporting daily retail execution.
The Adidas Lead guides store activities with or without management staff. This position develops hourly associates through product knowledge, policies, selling techniques, and communication. Responsibilities also include point of sale transactions, merchandise presentation, staffing support, product flow, and customer problem resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide daily store operations and hourly associate activities
Train Sales Associates on products, duties, and procedures
Display adidas clothing, footwear, and accessories
Complete sales transactions and maintain point of sale integrity
Resolve customer complaints and returned merchandise problems
Requirements:
Use MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and point of sale systems
Demonstrate sound judgment and decision making skills
Communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak-period overtime
Frequently lift or move up to 12 kilograms
