Feed Mill Production Supervisor

Lead feed mill production at Country Ribbon in St. John's, NL, using workforce planning and operational leadership. Support safe, efficient operations across integrated facilities.
The Feed Mill Supervisor reports to the Feed Mill Manager at the Topsail Road location. This position oversees grain storage and handling facilities at Cochrane Pond and Long Pond. It combines staffing coordination, performance leadership, employee development, and production monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily staffing and work activities
Set goals, monitor results, and address performance issues
Coach, mentor, and train employees
Monitor production, downtime, inventory, quality, and costs
Ensure OHS, HACCP, and regulatory compliance
Requirements:
Strong leadership skills and motivated approach
Post-secondary education in a relevant field
Three or more years of supervisory experience
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Manufacturing or food safety experience valued
