Lead hospitality operations at YYZ Airport with On the Go, managing daily service, staffing, quality, and safety across airport concepts. Drive exceptional guest experiences every shift.
As an OTG Manager, you will oversee retail, quick-service restaurant, and full-service operations. You will lead Crewmembers, manage schedules, deliver onboarding and training, and maintain food, beverage, presentation, and safety standards. The position reports to Senior Management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily operations across retail, QSR, and full-service concepts
Ensure food and beverage quality and presentation standards
Own scheduling and staffing for fully supported shifts
Deliver onboarding and training plans for new Crewmembers
Champion safety, audits, policies, and corrective measures
Requirements:
Three to five years of management experience
Experience in full-service restaurants or retail
Hospitality degree preferred
Strong communication skills for teams and guests
Microsoft Suite fluency and scheduling flexibility
