Lead talent acquisition at Valence, using recruiting strategy and AI fluency to build teams for an enterprise artificial intelligence company.
As Director of Talent Acquisition, you will report to the VP of People & Talent and own hiring strategy, systems, and team development. You will advise executives and hiring managers on headcount, organization design, role scope, leveling, and hiring decisions while running senior searches yourself.
Key Responsibilities:
Own hiring strategy, plans, priorities, sequencing, and tradeoffs
Lead, coach, and grow the recruiting team
Run senior GTM and technical searches end to end
Design interview frameworks and train interviewers
Own Ashby, reporting, process design, and recruiting SLAs
Requirements:
10+ years of in-house recruiting experience
High-growth B2B SaaS or AI company experience
3+ years leading recruiters or a recruiting function
Recent success closing senior hires competitively
Deep Ashby or comparable ATS experience
Bring executive partnership, data fluency, and hands-on recruiting leadership to Valence’s AI-native talent function.
