Lead GreyOwl’s Canadian operations with technology-enabled service delivery, scalable processes, and accountability across a diverse North American business.
As Vice President, Operations or COO, you will direct day-to-day operations for GreyOwl, an Onni Group technology subsidiary. You will assess workflows, strengthen managed-services delivery, and build operating structures supporting growth. The mandate combines strategy, execution, financial oversight, and people leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead operational functions, teams, resources, and processes
Build scalable systems, processes, metrics, and dashboards
Champion automation, AI, and practical technology innovation
Strengthen Help Desk, managed services, and field support
Translate growth objectives into operational plans and priorities
Requirements:
Significant progressive leadership experience overseeing complex service operations
Managed Services and recurring service-delivery experience
Technology-enabled operations and process automation experience
Financial acumen covering budgets, forecasts, margins, and resource planning
Strong communication, judgment, execution, and people-development capabilities
Bring operational leadership, technology orientation, financial acumen, and execution discipline to GreyOwl’s continued North American growth.
