This experienced Project Controls Director leads controls across a collaborative delivery model and complex infrastructure environment. You will align clients, partners, designers, contractors, and commercial teams around shared baselines, reporting, and accountability. Your analysis will support project optimization, key performance indicators, and informed leadership decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish one integrated project controls framework across organizations
Align project scope, schedule, cost, risk, and commercial performance
Lead forecasting, change control, and performance measurement activities
Evaluate scenarios and options for evidence-based project decisions
Mentor multidisciplinary teams and drive continuous improvement
Requirements:
At least 15 years leading project controls functions
Background in large, complex capital or infrastructure projects
Expertise in integrated scheduling, forecasting, and executive reporting
Ability to build alignment among senior project stakeholders
Experience with project controls systems and common data environments
Use project controls leadership, stakeholder alignment, and performance insight to advance complex capital infrastructure delivery with AtkinsRéalis.
