Senior Conversational AI Engineer

Build conversational AI for phone and SMS interactions on-site in Montreal using Python, LLMs, and machine learning.
As a Senior Machine Learning Developer, you will move ML and LLM features from prototype through production. Build voice agents that respond to customers, take action, and escalate when needed. Develop systems, tooling, and infrastructure supporting production quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Build conversational AI systems understanding customer needs
Develop memory, knowledge graph, and customization tooling
Train and deploy prediction, classification, ranking, forecasting models
Create evaluations, simulations, and CI regression checks
Monitor and maintain production models and agents
Requirements:
At least six years software or machine learning engineering experience
Track record shipping ML or LLM systems to production
Strong Python skills and software engineering fundamentals
Experience with model training, deployment, or LLM development
Familiarity with evaluation, monitoring, serving, or ML platforms
