Wealth Management IT Data AI Leader

This Senior Director mandate focuses on improving analytics, decision-making, and automation across wealth management. You will lead BI and reporting modernization, define performance indicators, and ensure data governance, security, and quality. The position also oversees IBOR investment registry operations, including customer statements and tax slips. You will partner with architecture and delivery teams to introduce scalable, cloud-based, and automated solutions while managing change and compliance needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Design modern BI solutions for real-time self-service analytics
Define KPIs and align stakeholder needs with priorities
Ensure data governance, security, and quality
Maintain reliable, compliant IBOR operating processes
Set architecture standards with IT teams
Requirements:
Degree in computer science, engineering, AI, data science, or related field
Ten years leading IT, data, AI, or business systems
Experience modernizing legacy systems with cloud solutions
Experience with IBOR tax and regulatory reporting
Ability to lead cross-functional teams
Bring strategic data, AI, BI, and investment registry expertise to National Bank Wealth Management IT leadership.
