Senior Construction Manager Jansen Project

Lead Jansen construction delivery from Saskatoon or the mine site, applying senior leadership, contract execution, and construction risk management expertise.
As Construction Manager for BHP’s Jansen Stage 2 Project Owner’s Team, you will oversee safe site delivery. You will lead construction strategy, contracts, assurance, and site execution. The position coordinates interfaces across engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage JS2 construction contracts and site common services
Lead site execution against safety, budget, and scope
Implement construction risk management and HSSE accountability
Develop Owner’s construction assurance programs
Oversee interfaces across underground and surface construction
Requirements:
P. Eng or equivalent education and experience
Twenty years of construction and project management experience
Industrial and mining project experience
Surface, underground, greenfield, and brownfield experience preferred
Experience leading Owner’s risk and HSS safety programs
Bring construction leadership, contract oversight, and risk management expertise to BHP’s Jansen Stage 2 delivery team.
