As Legal Associate Director, you will advise Agoda’s travel business on consumer-facing and cross-border regulatory matters. The role partners with Product, Commercial, and Finance teams to support launches, supplier expansion, and complex legal risk management. Your work covers activities, packages, aviation-related products, and new markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic regulatory advice for travel products and features
Support consumer protection matters, complaints, disputes, and inquiries
Align legal risk decisions across teams and jurisdictions
Contribute templates, guidance materials, and internal procedures
Influence commercial and product development strategies
Requirements:
Law Degree and 10+ years post-qualification experience
Strong product and regulatory advisory background
Practical approach balancing legal risk with business needs
Cross-border regulatory experience in digital consumer businesses
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
Use regulatory judgment, business acumen, and cross-border advisory skills to help Agoda advance travel products responsibly.
