Senior Director Loyalty Data Science AI

As Senior Director, Customer Intelligence, Data & AI, you will lead capabilities that improve acquisition, engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value. You will guide the enterprise loyalty AI roadmap and advanced personalization analytics. The position also develops Customer Intelligence Centre of Excellence capabilities across Pet Valu.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the enterprise loyalty AI roadmap and predictive analytics strategy
Build customer value, segmentation, retention, and churn methodologies
Lead advanced personalization analytics and next-generation intelligence capabilities
Establish measurement, attribution, incrementality, and test-and-learn programs
Develop talent strategy and Centre of Excellence capability roadmaps
Requirements:
10+ years in data science, customer insights, CRM, loyalty analytics, or BI
7+ years leading analytics, BI, data science, or customer intelligence teams
Proven enterprise customer strategy experience supporting corporate growth objectives
Experience scaling analytics, data science, or AI in retail or consumer environments
Track record connecting analytics, business cases, and ROI to investment decisions
Lead Pet Valu’s loyalty intelligence agenda by combining predictive analytics, AI, experimentation, and customer value measurement.
