Director Talent Management Workforce Insights
BDO
Lead Talent Management and Workforce Insights at BDO, using workforce data and strategic HR leadership. This is a blended role across Toronto or Oakville.
Reporting to the Chief Human Resources Officer, the Director leads an integrated portfolio spanning Organizational Development, Total Rewards, HR Operations, and People Analytics. The role sets priorities, leads experienced specialist teams, and connects talent systems, workforce insights, rewards, and HR services. Its purpose is to support BDO’s business and people priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the integrated HR portfolio and set priorities
Strengthen performance, talent, and succession practices
Develop workforce insights, reporting, and recommendations
Oversee rewards, recognition, wellbeing, and HR operations
Sponsor technology, automation, and AI improvements
Requirements:
Significant progressive HR leadership experience
Depth in talent, rewards, operations, or people analytics
Experience improving enterprise HR practices with results
Strong workforce data, influencing, and business judgment skills
University degree in Human Resources, Business, or related discipline
