Reporting to the CEO, the Chief Financial Officer & VP, Facilities oversees HGH’s financial and material resources. You will guide administrative functions, facilities, procurement, distribution, and operational reporting. The mandate includes relationships with clinical and support leaders and collaboration with the Finance and Planning Committee.

Direct financial resources and administrative functions
Oversee facilities management and material distribution
Manage procurement and financial services operations
Account for financial and operational reporting
Support strategic goals through resource leadership
Requirements:

Accomplished finance leadership background
Professional accounting designation
Senior public sector experience, ideally healthcare
Board governance and complex initiative experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Use business acumen, sound judgment, and collaborative leadership to align HGH finances, facilities, procurement, and operational resources.
