Senior Go Security Engineer Docker Desktop

As a Senior Software Engineer, Security, you will contribute directly to a complex cross-platform product. Your work spans Go development, identity, OCI runtimes, Linux kernel internals, and security-sensitive engineering. You will make security a first-class concern within the Desktop team, not an outside review function.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop Docker Desktop security-sensitive code in Go
Review designs and code with a security perspective
Conduct threat modeling for authentication and runtime features
Coordinate vulnerability reports, CVEs, and remediation
Maintain security documentation, guidelines, and runbooks
Requirements:
Six or more years of software engineering experience
Strong proficiency writing production-grade Go code
Understanding of Linux container security fundamentals
Familiarity with OCI specifications and runtime internals
Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and vulnerability management
