As Director, Wealth Strategy & Research, you will lead strategic initiatives shaping Tangerine’s wealth offerings. The role carries enterprise accountability and stakeholder influence across the organization. You will inform product strategy, market positioning, and long-term growth through quantitative and qualitative research.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the Tangerine Wealth product roadmap
Advise senior executives on enterprise priorities and decisions
Prepare board reports, briefings, and steering updates
Monitor wealth, fintech, regulatory, and technology developments
Lead a high-performing team through transformation and change
Requirements:
10+ years in strategy, research, corporate development, or consulting
Financial services or fintech experience ideally preferred
Deep expertise in North American wealth management
Strong quantitative and qualitative research capabilities
Excellent executive communication and presentation skills
Lead Tangerine Wealth research and strategy with executive communication, market insight, and cross-functional alignment in Toronto.
