Private Capital Due Diligence Principal
Certified Electronics Technician
Lead private capital consulting engagements at Oliver Wyman, applying commercial due diligence expertise and structured problem solving across North America.
As a Principal, you will support private equity investors throughout the transaction lifecycle, from opportunity identification through due diligence and post-transaction value realization. You will manage complex programs, share responsibility for engagement success, guide clients, and contribute to Oliver Wyman’s growth. The position is based in San Francisco, New York, Boston, Chicago, or Washington DC, with travel at least 50% of the time.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead private equity client projects across transaction stages
Manage complex programs for on-time delivery
Influence clients through informed commercial guidance
Build business by identifying expanded opportunities
Develop others and build firm followership
Requirements:
Seven or more years in strategy consulting or private capital
Commercial due diligence expertise
Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving background
Record leading teams against tight deadlines
Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time
Bring private equity transaction experience, commercial due diligence, and client leadership to Oliver Wyman’s Principal team.
