Strategic Analysis Superintendent Ontario Region
Agnico Eagle Mines
Lead financial modeling and strategic analysis for Agnico Eagle’s Ontario Region through a hybrid schedule based in Timmins, Kirkland Lake, or Sudbury.
Reporting to the Manager, Regional Finance & Strategy, the Superintendent leads Ontario’s strategic analysis function. You will evaluate operational, financial, and capital investment opportunities across operating and development sites. The work supports decision-making through business cases, scenario analysis, and strategic insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic and financial analyses across the Ontario Region
Evaluate capital projects, growth opportunities, and investment initiatives
Manage strategic analysis projects aligned with regional objectives
Provide executive recommendations, presentations, business cases, and scenario planning
Develop analytical frameworks and capital prioritization processes
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or related field
MBA, CFA designation, or equivalent advanced business qualification
Seven to ten years of progressive relevant experience
Experience in mining, heavy industry, natural resources, or capital-intensive environments
Expertise in financial modeling, business cases, and capital evaluation
Bring strategic analysis, financial modeling, and stakeholder leadership to Agnico Eagle’s Ontario Region as Superintendent, Strategic Analysis.
