This Bakery Production Baker handles daily production, delivery organization, stock rotation, and workstation sanitation. Key Responsibilities:
Prepare transit cabinets for intercompany transfer orders
Break down, inspect, organize, and store deliveries
Rotate ingredients, packaging, paper goods, and supplies
Perform opening, mid, and closing duties as assigned
Report safety hazards and violations immediately
Requirements:
At least one year of baking experience
Ability to work scheduled shifts and required trainings
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to lift twenty pounds frequently and fifty occasionally
High school diploma or GED and Food Handlers Certificate
