Chinook School Division seeks an Educational Assistant for Herbert School, serving students within a caring and respectful community. You will assist educational programs, support speech, motor, language, social, and life skills, and contribute to Individual Improvement Plans. Experience with young children and Educational Assistant certification or relevant experience are desired.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist students with educational programs and classroom activities
Provide individual support for speech, motor, and language development
Support social and life skills based on student needs
Help develop and implement Individual Improvement Plans
Meet children’s health and hygiene needs as required
Requirements:

Educational Assistant certification or relevant experience
Ability to work one-on-one and in classroom settings
Experience or ability working with young children
Strong interpersonal, relationship, and teamwork skills
