Accounts Receivable Collections Analyst

Manage billing, accounts receivable, and collections for Beanfield in a hybrid Montréal position requiring three office days weekly.
As an Accounts Receivable and Collections Analyst, you will support residential and commercial accounts. You will monitor balances, resolve discrepancies, and maintain timely payment cycles. The work combines customer communication, reconciliation, reporting, and collection follow-up.
Key Responsibilities:

Monitor billing activities, account balances, and outstanding charges
Resolve invoice discrepancies and payment allocation issues
Maintain accurate customer account and payment records
Follow up on overdue residential and commercial accounts
Support reconciliations, reporting, and month-end activities
Requirements:

Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or collections
Understanding of billing processes and collection practices
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Google product suite and accounting or ERP proficiency
Detail-oriented organization across multiple competing deadlines
Bring analytical billing, reconciliation, and customer communication skills to Beanfield’s Montréal accounts receivable team.
