We are looking for a hands-on Warehouse Team Lead to oversee daily warehouse activities, assign tasks, support warehouse associates, and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Responsibilities

Coordinate daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory.
Assign tasks and monitor team productivity to meet daily targets.
Train, guide, and support warehouse associates.
Operate order pickers and other forklifts as required.
Assist with inventory counts, loading, and unloading trailers.
Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization.
Report operational issues and productivity updates to management.
Requirements

Previous warehouse experience is required.
Valid Order Picker license is highly preferred.
Team lead or supervisory experience is preferred.
Additional forklift experience is an asset.
Basic computer skills and experience with RF scanners.
Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical warehouse duties.
