Bakery Production Operator Ancaster

Support bakery production at Aspire Bakeries in Ancaster through safe equipment operation, packaging, and material handling. Weekend availability is required.
As an Operator 1, Bakery, you will support production across packaging, material handling, boiler operations, and tote management. Your work helps maintain efficient workflow, safe operations, and consistent food quality. The position includes equipment checks, production documentation, and communication with Leads and Supervisors.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute packaging, material handling, boiler, and tote-management tasks
Maintain clean work areas under GMP and food-safety standards
Assist machine operators and support line efficiency
Operate walkies and tuggers safely with routine checks
Document production activities and communicate process concerns
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Good oral and written English communication skills
Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Mechanical aptitude or food-production experience preferred
Bring dependable teamwork, safe equipment operation, and production discipline to Aspire Bakeries’ Ancaster bakery operations.
