Serve hearing-care clients in Victoria as a Customer Care Representative using strong communication and customer service skills. Work Monday through Friday in a retail clinic.
Connect Hearing Canada seeks a Customer Care Representative reporting to the Regional Clinic Manager. The role supports Hearing Care Professionals through appointment scheduling, file organization, account management, and client relationship building. You will also provide service in person, by phone, and by email.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service across in-person, phone, and email channels
Schedule appointments for the clinic’s Hearing Care Professionals
Organize files and maintain accurate clinic records
Manage client accounts and build lasting relationships
Assist with device cleanings and minor in-clinic repairs
Requirements:
Strong communication and customer service skills
Experience or interest in reconciling accounts receivable
Availability to travel to other clinics
Willingness to learn and grow knowledge
Commitment to helping others
Bring customer care, account management, and communication skills to Connect Hearing’s Victoria clinic while supporting clients’ hearing journeys.
