Lead Tim Hortons closing shifts with strong leadership, customer service, and cash-handling skills while supporting restaurant operations overnight.
This full-time Supervisor / Team Lead role oversees daily operations and staff during assigned shifts. You will coordinate team activities, support new team members, and maintain quality, service, food safety, and hygiene standards. The role requires flexibility for evenings and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate team members during shifts
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally
Monitor inventory and place orders as needed
Prepare shift performance and incident reports
Complete closing, cash handling, cleaning, and security duties
Requirements:
Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
Food service experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
Flexibility for evenings and weekends
Appropriate transportation for late-night work
