Support members and clients on site at Desjardins as an Advisory Agent, using financial guidance and digital tools to improve their experience. This temporary 14 month, full-time position is on call.
As a member and client experience advisory agent, you welcome people, listen to their needs, and provide personalized banking support. You promote Desjardins products, services, cooperative values, and distribution channels while helping clients with financial empowerment. You also identify business opportunities and refer specialized needs to colleagues.
Key Responsibilities:

Explain technological tools and applications for independent transactions
Support banking transactions and address issues that arise
Promote Desjardins products, services, and distribution channels
Assist with fraud or irregularities and refer appropriate partners
Maintain relationships through service delivery and activities
Requirements:

High school diploma in a related field
Minimum two years of relevant experience
Knowledge of French is required
Compliance, security, and risk management awareness
Effective communication and customer focus
Bring customer focus, financial transaction support, and digital guidance to Desjardins members and clients on site.
