Provide classroom assistance to junior high students in a full-time 1.0 FTE assignment. Educational Assistant training and teamwork are valued.
This Educational Assistant assignment starts January 4, 2027, continuing through the remainder of the 2026/2027 school year. You will support and assist students within a junior high classroom setting. The qualifications include communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and program flexibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide classroom support and assistance to students
Assist learners throughout the junior high setting
Adapt work across a variety of programs
Collaborate within a team-oriented learning environment
Requirements:
Experience or training as an Educational Assistant
Experience working with students with complex needs
Excellent communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Willingness to work as part of a team
Support junior high classroom learning with Educational Assistant training, student experience, communication, and flexible teamwork skills.
