Human Resources Recruitment Advisor

Support recruitment and HR advisory services at the Ontario Securities Commission through talent acquisition and disability management expertise. This is a full-time role.
Reporting to the Head of HR Advisory Services and Support, the HR Advisor works with Senior HR Business Partners. The position delivers services across recruitment, client advisory, disability management, HR data, and projects. It supports the OSC’s workforce and programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing activities
Develop sourcing strategies with hiring managers
Coordinate disability claims and communicate updates
Answer inquiries about HR policies and programs
Maintain workforce data and analytical reports
Requirements:

Minimum five years of progressively senior HR experience
Recruitment specialization and full-cycle recruitment experience
Human Resources Management degree or diploma
Applicant Tracking System experience and agency coordination
Employment legislation knowledge and confidential information discretion
Bring recruitment, HR advisory, disability management, and workforce data experience to the Ontario Securities Commission.
