Parts identification and inventory coordination define this full-time opportunity with T&T Power Group in Fort St. John. Support technicians, customers, and northern operations.
As Parts Coordinator, you will source, organize, and distribute parts for field technicians, shop technicians, internal departments, and external customers. The work combines parts research, ERP inventory management, shipping and receiving, and customer communication. You will manage multiple priorities while maintaining accurate records and stock levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Research parts through online portals, catalogues, and other resources
Source, stage, label, and distribute parts for technicians
Process invoices, orders, shipments, returns, and inventory movements
Coordinate shipping and receiving of parts and equipment
Investigate discrepancies and resolve shortages, damage, and delivery delays
Requirements:
Parts identification and sourcing experience in a relevant environment
Shipping, receiving, inventory-control, or warehouse experience
Strong mechanical aptitude involving engines and engine components
ERP or inventory-management system experience preferred
Strong communication, organization, accuracy, and problem-solving skills
Bring parts expertise, inventory accuracy, and customer service skills to support T&T Power Group’s Fort St. John operations.
