As a Personal Finance Advisor, you serve mainly individual members and businesses. You listen to financial needs, recommend suitable solutions, and balance satisfaction, business objectives, profitability, and prudent risk management. Interpersonal savvy and current industry knowledge support your work with partners and experts.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise members and clients on appropriate financial strategies
Identify expected results with members and clients
Recommend investments, loans, and insurance products
Manage relationships and assess service quality
Represent the caisse through community outreach activities
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Minimum one year of relevant experience
Mutual fund representative certificate from Autorité des marchés financiers
Knowledge of French is required
Action orientation and customer focus
