Guide a family entertainment restaurant team through coaching, service standards, and operational decisions as an Assistant Manager. Make every guest happy.
At CEC Entertainment, this Assistant Manager supports Chuck E. Cheese operations where food, family, and fun meet. You will recruit, train, develop, and motivate employees while managing schedules, cleanliness, inventory, financials, labor, and product standards. The work includes ownership of an Area of Impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Build sales and maximize profits through team development
Maintain product, cleanliness, safety, and guest service standards
Oversee an assigned Area of Impact
Manage ordering, food safety, preparation, and kitchen cleanliness
Lead birthday party planning, bookings, and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
Minimum one year managing people
Food service management experience preferred
Six months as an Opening Coordinator accepted
High-school diploma or GED
Effective communication and time-priority management skills
