Dispatcher Support Customer Representative
MacEwen Petroleum Inc.
Delivery coordination and driver support shape this Maxville-based MacEwen customer service position. This full-time permanent schedule runs Monday through Friday.
The Customer Service Representative works with the Dispatcher to coordinate deliveries and dispatch drivers and trucks. You will answer calls, communicate with customers and drivers, process over-the-counter lubricant sales, and review daily truck reports. Backup coverage for other Customer Service Representatives and nearby MacEwen offices is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
Direct incoming calls to appropriate individuals
Take orders and promote goods or services
Process over-the-counter lubricant sales
Complete and review daily truck reports
Provide backup support for other Customer Service Representatives
Requirements:
High school diploma
Two years of administrative or clerical experience
Ability to multitask across competing deadlines and priorities
Strong information analysis and evaluation abilities
Reliable vehicle for nearby office coverage
