Millwright - Maintenance Technician

We’re looking for a skilled, safety-minded, and hands-on Red Seal Maintenance Millwright to join our powerhouse Maintenance team and keep our production lines running at peak performance.
You’ll be the go-to expert keeping our equipment in top shape — installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting advanced manufacturing systems. Every day will bring a new challenge, and your expertise will help ensure our operations run safely, smoothly, and efficiently.
What You’ll Do:
Perform preventive maintenance to keep downtime to a minimum
Install, dismantle, and repair production machinery
Diagnose issues and recommend smart, lasting solutions
Operate shop equipment including welders, lathes, and hand tools
Support continuous improvement projects and share your ideas
Always keep safety and food quality front of mind — every task, every time
What You Bring:
Red Seal Millwright certification (required)
Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical know-how
A passion for precision, safety, and problem-solving
Experience in manufacturing (food industry experience a bonus!)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
Physically able to bend, twist, lift up to 70 lbs, and work in a cool 2°C setting
