BCAA Insurance Sales And Service Advisor
BCAA
Represent BCAA through insurance sales and service, helping customers choose coverage while pursuing a Senior Insurance Advisor path. Work from the Kelowna Service Location.
This Insurance Advisor role supports BCAA’s customer experience through policy reviews, recommendations, renewals, and account documentation. You will balance sales and productivity goals with underwriting guidelines and AAA/CAA Member experience goals. The position suits an organized problem solver comfortable with technology, multiple priorities, and customer conversations in person or by phone.
Key Responsibilities:
Help customers secure and renew insurance policies
Assess needs and recommend suitable coverage options
Achieve sales and productivity goals under guidelines
Manage customer accounts, payments, and policy documentation
Increase expertise toward Senior Insurance Advisor within 12 months
Requirements:
Sales and service experience of at least two years
General insurance experience including travel and automobile insurance
Level 1 Insurance license with Level 2 commitment
Limited Errors and Omissions history and good standing
Comfort using Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Use insurance sales, policy servicing, and customer-focused judgment to deliver BCAA experiences and support Members in Kelowna.
