This retail management role supports daily operations while delivering the authentic Lammle’s Experience. You will build customer relationships, drive sales performance, and develop high-performing teams. Product knowledge, merchandising, coaching, and operational accountability are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer service reflecting the Lammle’s Experience
Lead sales-floor relationships and support sales performance
Support daily operations, policies, and operational standards
Maintain inventory accuracy, cleanliness, and safety compliance
Coach teams on products, merchandising, and selling techniques
Requirements:

Two to three years of retail management experience
Experience in a high-volume retail environment preferred
Passion for Western wear and culture
Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
Lead Lammle’s customer experience through Western product expertise, retail operations, sales performance, and team development.
