The Dental Administrator supports the Dentist by providing outstanding treatment assistance and preparing treatment rooms and dental equipment for patient arrival. Olympic Village Dental is part of 123Dentist, Canada’s largest majority dentist-owned network. Candidates with at least one year of experience and Tracker knowledge are preferred. The practice uses CBCT and iTero technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding treatment assistance to the Dentist
Prepare treatment rooms before patient arrival
Prepare dental equipment and instruments for patients
Support the team as an Administrator
Requirements:
One or more years of experience preferred
Knowledge of dental practice management software such as Tracker
Strong communication skills
Customer service mindset
Availability for the preferred Monday through Saturday schedule
