BCAA Insurance Service Advisor

Use customer service and sales skills as a BCAA Service Advisor in North Vancouver, recommending insurance, memberships, and travel protection.
As a Service Advisor, you will welcome customers seeking advice about homes, travel, and BC roads. You will recommend BCAA memberships, travel insurance, ICBC, and optional auto insurance. This customer-facing position supports development toward becoming an Insurance Advisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers in person and over the phone
Promote memberships and BCAA insurance products and services
Collaborate with Support Teams and Underwriting on coverage
Identify cost-saving opportunities for customers’ future needs
Complete training and maintain annual licensing requirements
Requirements:
At least two years in sales and service
Level 1 Insurance license or commitment to secure one
Completion of Autoplan Essentials or commitment within three months
Good standing with the Insurance Council of BC
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office technology
Bring sales, service, problem-solving, and insurance knowledge to help BCAA customers make informed coverage decisions in North Vancouver.
