This Heavy Equipment Operator assignment supports Pioneer Construction's winter road and site maintenance contract. From September 2026 through April 2027, operators will service roads, parking areas, entrances, emergency exits, and equipment pads. The schedule includes seven days on and seven days off, with day or night shifts as required.
Key Responsibilities:

Remove snow and ice from high traffic areas
Clear entrances, emergency exits, driveways, and equipment pads
Operate appropriate machinery for assigned maintenance work
Clean, lubricate, and refill equipment tanks
Work safely under internal, client, and regulated procedures
Requirements:

Prior construction, snow removal, or maintenance operating experience
Valid G class Driver's License
Strong communication with supervisors, coworkers, and clients
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Successful completion of required third-party testing
Use snow clearing, equipment operation, and dependable work practices to maintain essential winter access for Pioneer Construction.
